If you're an existing QuickStream customer you can contact our Technical Support Helpdesk.

Reset password via email

To reset your password, click Reset My Password. You will be asked to verify your email address and the security questions that you entered the first time you signed in.

Ask your administrator to reset your password

Your administrator should:

  1. Sign in to QuickStream.
  2. Click on Administration
  3. Click on Users.
  4. Select your user.
  5. Click "Reset Password".

You will receive an email with your login name and password.

Contact Westpac

If you are unable to do either of the above options, you can request Westpac identify you and send an email to quickstream@qvalent.com.

To add or update users, refer to the QuickStream User Guide. Please contact your company administrator.

To close a facility, contact your Relationship Manager or Client Enquiry Manager.

Our Privacy Statement also provides information about how you can access and correct your personal information and make a complaint. You do not have to provide us with any personal information but, if you don't, we may not be able to process an application or a request for a product or service.
