Production lodgement
Production lodgement is the final step to complete before going live. It involves:
- Us configuring our Qvalent/Westpac systems in production
- You configuring your systems in production
- You running a set of live, low value tests in production to confirm the solution is ready to go live
Banking steps
New merchant facilities or bank accounts must be set up before you go live. A card merchant facility can take up to 5 business days. A bank account facility can take up to 4 weeks. You may also be required to accept terms and conditions, sign legal agreements and set up billing arrangements. The steps and timeframe vary so please discuss this with your Westpac representative.
