All personal information we collect about you is collected, used and disclosed by us in accordance with our Privacy Statement which is available at Privacy Statement or by calling us through your relationship manager or Westpac representative. Our Privacy Statement also provides information about how you can access and correct your personal information and make a complaint. You do not have to provide us with any personal information but, if you don't, we may not be able to process an application or a request for a product or service.

Important Update: Introduction of Multi-Factor Authentication
As part of Westpac's commitment to secure access to our application, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be introduced for QuickStream from 1 December 2025.
Access to our QuickStream portal will require an additional process step when signing in. After entering your username and password, you will be prompted to enter a one-time verification code.
The one-time verification code will be sent to the registered email address of your user profile.
IMPORTANT: It is essential that your registered email address is current and accessible. If your email is outdated, incorrect or part of a shared inbox, you may be unable to receive the verification code and could be locked out of your account.
Please log in and select 'Profile' to confirm or update your contact details as soon as possible. If you are unable to log in, please use this password reset link or contact your facility administrator for assistance.
